Dr. Alissa Edwards

Dr. Alissa Edwards is passionate about helping patients live healthier lives through better sleep and pain relief. She earned both her undergraduate and dental degrees from Marquette University and has spent over 15 years building trusted relationships with patients while developing a specialized focus in sleep dentistry, TMJ therapy, and chronic pain care.

Her approach is thoughtful and personalized. Whether you’re dealing with sleep apnea or ongoing jaw pain, she takes the time to understand your story and tailor treatment to your needs.

Dr. Edwards is a Qualified Dentist with the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and a member of the ADA and WDA. She believes in simplifying the process for patients by keeping care in-house as much as possible. From diagnostics to treatment and follow-up, it’s all handled here.

“Dr. Edwards loves traveling, camping, and cheering on her kids in their many activities.”

She also works closely with referring physicians, ENTs, functional medicine providers, and chiropractors for the best results and to support your full health picture. For patients who are still learning about airway and pain-related issues, she provides clear education, compassionate care, and a steady path forward.

Outside the office, Dr. Edwards loves traveling, camping, and cheering on her kids in their many activities. That same energy and commitment carries over to her care philosophy, as she meets every patient where they are and helps them thrive.

What to expect

Your journey to relief starts here

Request appointment

Consultation and candidacy

We begin with a one-on-one consultation to review your symptoms, health history, and any existing diagnosis. Whether you’ve tried CPAP or are brand new to sleep and airway care, we’ll assess if you’re a good candidate for treatment here in our office.

Sleep test or workup

If you haven’t been diagnosed, we’ll provide a take-home sleep test that’s easy to use and interpreted by a board-certified pulmonologist. If you’re moving forward with oral appliance therapy, we schedule a comprehensive in-office workup to collect all the data needed for your treatment and insurance approval.

Delivery and follow-up

Once your appliance is ready, we’ll fit it using a digital scanner to ensure comfort and accuracy. No impressions required. You’ll leave with clear next steps and ongoing support from our team.
